The Project

When the Global Network Team of CP Ships (formerly Contship Container Lines) needed a reputable consultancy to provide a network infrastructure for their European office consolidation, handle the logistics of a Europe wide project and operate within extremely testing timescales, they looked to Magellan Network Services.

CP Ships placed trust in Magellan to provide strong, centralised project management and to produce a stable pricing structure.

The organisation also depended on Magellan’s knowledge and integrity, to report progress from unsupervised locations and liaise effectively with local contractors. In particular, the client’s Systems Support Specialist was confident that Magellan had the experience to deal with their highly complex cabling requirements.

Magellan also provided consultancy and design assistance with regards to the physical structured cabling installations that formed the core of the network infrastructure for offices of over 300 users.
